Configuration > Users Logging in to CISPro Global requires a user account. By maintaining user accounts, CISPro Global can display data differently for different people, allow them access to only certain operations, and to record who they are when they perform those operations. *The user's default location may be an off-site location if the intersite_defloc configuration variable is set to 1. See Configuration Variables for details. User Configuration Options There are a few other user configuration settings, some of which users can set on their own.
Grid Rows Preference controls how many rows should display when a screen has a left-side navigation list and the list can be broken into pages (the default is 10 rows). Supervisor is the user to whom this user reports. The supervisor must be at the same site as the user, and cannot be the user himself (i.e., must be a different user). This is set to No Supervisor by default. The supervisor button is not visible while there are no potential supervisors (i.e., user is the sole user at site). My Home Page this is the option that determines which Home Page displays when the user logs in. In CISPro Global, there is a choice of the generic Home Page, or the main tabs page with all materials listed on the left side of the screen. Phone the phone number entered here will be displayed on requisitions and dispensing pages for this user. Email This and the phone number will be displayed as contact information on the User Information Page. User Status Global and Site Administrators can select Active, Disabled, or Archive from this drop-down list. Both Disabled and Archived accounts are inactive, and neither can log in to CISPro Global, though Archive affects user accounts as follows: Archived Users
Language CISPro Global is now available in English and French, and will soon be available in other languages as well. This option is used to select the language in which the system displays all of its pages.
