Bulk User Add

Global administrators (users with System permission) can create two or more new user accounts in a single process with the Bulk User Add feature. Bulk User Add facilitates the rapid creation of multiple user accounts according to the following rules:

Users Get Same Profile All users are assigned the same settings (role, site, home inventory group, default location, etc.). These settings can be changed later for the individual user accounts.

No Site or System Admins Roles that have either the All System Config Permissions (Global) or All System Config Permissions (Site-based) permissions cannot be assigned to users as part of the Bulk User Add process. Roles or users can be modified after creation, however, to grant users these privileges.

Temporary Password All users created in a single Add process are assigned the same, one-day password. Each user must change his assigned password upon logging in, and is immediately logged out upon making the change.
