Reference > Pull-Down System Menu You can get CISPro Global's pull-down menu by clicking the CISPro logo on any page: Menu Options Here is a description of the most used menu options: Materials Create New - Create new chemical definitions and containers Search - Search for chemicals using the tabbed material view Available MSDS - List materials with an MSDS Missing MSDS - List materials without an MSDS Scope - Local - List materials which are currently defined as local (used with multi-site implementations to hide materials between sites). Manage Inventory Search by Barcode - search for a container barcode ID and display/edit that container information Transfer/Dispose - list containers by owner or location and move/change owner/dispose of selected containers Container Groups - group containers together with user-defined name, search and move those container groups Receive Material - receive new containers of a defined material (create containers) View Inventory My Inventory - List all containers owned by logged in user By Location - Pick locations from a location tree and view containers at the selected location Expired - List containers which have expired (or will within selected timeframe) Missing - Show containers which have been marked as missing by the reconciliation process Below Minimum - List materials which are at their re-order point Above Maximum - List materials which are above their maximum allowable amount Reports - Select from a list of reports Tools Keyboard/Scanner - Use Kiosk Mode to perform container transfers, disposals, and moves Handheld - Use CISProMobile or the Videx LaserLite Pro to Handheld Data Collection ChemCat - Search various vendors' electronic catalogs for materials to import Preferences - change your password and grid rows settings System - Administrative access to all system configuration Help User's Manual - view the online help documentation Contact Support - send a support request (CisproLive! online hosted version only) About - Version and copyright information Home Return to the home page Logout Logout of CISPro Global
