User Properties

Configuration > Properties > User Properties

Like other property types, user properties are created on the Configure Properties page, which is available to users with the props_config permission.

Properties can be assigned to user accounts on the Configure Users page. Users with system_site or system permission can add properties to other user accounts via the System Configuration page. Users without either of these permissions can add properties to their own accounts via the Preferences link on the home page.

Add Properties to a User Account

1.On the Configure User page, click Add Property
2.To add a property, select it from the list, and click Add

Change the Value of a User Property

1.On the Configure User page, click on a property value link
2.On the Edit Properties page, type or select new values
3.Click Save

Remove a Property from a User Account

1.On the Configure User page, click on a property value link
2.On the Edit Properties page, click Delete and confirm the deletion
