Subscribing to Email Reports

On the Subscription Reports page, users choose the reports to which they want to subscribe. Subscribing consists of selecting a report and specifying a delivery frequency. Frequency options are Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. Your user account must have an email address before you can subscribe to reports.

Configuring your Report Subscriptions

1.On the home page, click Preferences
2.On the Configure User page, click Configure Report Subscriptions
3.For each report you want to receive
1.Select its check box
2.Select a Frequency option
4.Click Save Changes

Last Run Status

Each report to which the user is subscribed has a Last Run Status box, which shows when the report was last processed, whether reports were sent, and error details if report failed to run.

Clear Last Run Information

The Last Run details can be cleared on any of a user's subscription reports, re-setting the report status to:

Last run status: n/a
Report processed on: never

1.On the Configure Report Subscriptions page, select the Clear Last Run Information check box on one or more reports
2.Click Save
