Workflows > Materials > Constituent Type Materials > EINECS Numbers
Constituent materials can be assigned 0 or more EINECS numbers. An EINECS number may have a relationship with a CAS number, as defined on the CAS number management page.
| 1. | On the Constituent Material Identity tab, click the more link under the EINECS# heading |
| 2. | Select EINECS > New EINECS from the main menu |
| 3. | Type the EINECS number in the text box |
| 4. | If the current entry is to be the primary EINECS, select the Set as Primary EINECS check box |
