Every waste container has a manifest, on which all dispense transactions are recorded. Manifest content is reset each time the container or its content is disposed. All dispenses occurring after one disposal and before the next are saved as a manifest batch whose name includes the batch's start and end dates. When 2 or more batches occur on the same day, their names are suffixed with a numeric sequence ID.
