System Lookup Lists

Configuration > System Lookup Lists

System Lookup Lists are used to define options on drop-down lists throughout CISPro Global, such as regions, units of measure, etc.

To Add or Edit System Lookups Entries

1.Click the Configure System Lookup Lists link on the System Configuration page
2.Do one of the following:
To add an entry, click System Lookup Row | New System Lookup Row, and enter the List Name for which the new entry will be an option
To change an existing entry, click on its name in the list
3.Change the value of one or more fields
4.Click Save

Some System Lookups Entries

languages: List of options for the language attribute that is set when adding MSDS, Certificates of Analysis, Documents, and Pictures

packagedescription: List of possible package types used when defining sizes (examples: bottle, vial, tote). This list consists of a set of records.

productbrand: Appears in the Product Brand drop-down list on the Identity tab for Finished Products

productcategory: Appears in the Product Category drop-down list on the Identity tab for Finished Products

producttype: Appears in the Product Type drop-down list on the Identity tab for Finished Products

regions: List of possible regions supplied for Sites (and when filtering MSDS display). This list consists of a set of records.

selfserve: List of self-service codes which can be assigned to locations/inventory groups. This list consists of a set of records.

vendor_prevent_edit: If valuetext = on, then the column in displaytext is not editable unless you are creating a new record or the value of the field is empty.

contype This list is displayed on the Configure Packages page, allowing users to specify the container type on any package detail.
