For CISProMobile data files to be added to CISPro Global, the handheld device must be synced with the desktop computer, where a CISPro Global user can access them.

1.	Connect your handheld device to your desktop using your USB cable

Symbol MC9090 Users, dock your handheld and ensure that the power cable is plugged in and connected to the docking station

2.	Turn on your handheld device to activate ActiveSync

ActiveSync should automatically synchronize your handheld device with your desktop computer. If it does not, click the Sync button.
If you are unable to sync your handheld device and your desktop computer, you may need to restore the partnership created during installation. See Create a Partnership in ActiveSync for details.

When the sync process is finished, files from your handheld device will also be on your desktop computer, from which they can be uploaded into the CISPro Global database.
